Edunivra School OS is operated by Edunivra Private Limited. This notice explains how we handle information when you use the product (including the demo at 369tesla.sbs).
Who controls the data
Each school (tenant) is the controller of its student, staff, parent and fee records. Edunivra provides the platform and processes that data on the school’s instructions. Platform accounts used by Edunivra staff are separate from school tenancy.
What we store
- Account details (name, email, roles, optional authenticator MFA secrets)
- Academic and operations data entered by the school (attendance, fees, lesson plans, etc.)
- Security logs (sign-in attempts, audit events) needed to protect the service
How we use it
To run the school OS, enforce access control, send password-reset and operational messages the school configures, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & access
Schools decide how long operational records are kept. Users can request correction of their account details through their school admin or via Help. Deleted soft-deleted records remain until the school or platform purge policy runs.
